nothing

A significance missed

Or a significant mist

The mote in your eye and

The blind spot where the truck exists on the motorway

How Sally feels three days since Mike popped out for tea and milk

The space between skin and silk

And inky black darkness as the stars come out.

ha – i like your wordplay in the first two lines and we all have our blind spots at times… the space between skin and silk…the black darkness and i like that there are stars in the close..

Thanks Claudia, I was aiming for a sense of stasis and change and a bit of the old yin and yang. I’m glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the feedback.

  2. Like the progression in this … starting in wordplay and ending in that end .. an enigma for Sally, but I assume the driver of the truck knows..

mmm nice….i like the allusions without ever really telling us what it is …beyond nothing….the space between silk and skin, stars coming out…since they stopped in…it gives and intersting range of emotion…

Thanks Brian, I like how you interpret the range of emotion. I was hoping I would achieve a mixed bag of emotions with a sense of interconnectivity. Thank you for the feedback.
